Fantastic work! I really like how it came out, especially the hair and the arm. I don't think mature content is necessary, there isn't that much blood. You can leave it if you're worried about it. c:
I do have a few things I would change, but it's only me being nit-picky.
Only change them if it would be easy for you, because this really does look great as-is. c: I think the dark under her eyes is just a little too dark. If it would be possible to make them just a tad lighter, that would be fantastic. Also, I think her eyes should be a little lighter. The rims are fine, just a little lighter by the pupil. I feel like the shading under her lip is a little dark, too. Again, if it wouldn't be easy to fix these things, then don't, they're only minor. Everything else about this peice is great - the hair, the clothes, the shading - everything.
